The Biochemical Reaction
Just about all the air we breathe has some quantity of Aero-Ions. Ions are charged particles in the air (between a few hundred to a few thousand per cubic centimeter). Some ions are negatively charged (Negative Ions) and some positively charged (Positive Ions). After years of research around the world, Ion Scientists have determined over and over that an imbalance in the ratio between Positive and Negative Ions has a profound effect on both our mental and physical well being.
If we breathe large amounts of positive ions without an equal amount of negative ions, we will actually become lethargic and in some cases sick (high positive ion concentrations in the air are associated with the full moon). Air containing more negative ions and fewer positive ions has shown to be beneficial and without side effects. That is why negative ion generators are sold around the world.
“75% of the general population react favorably to negative ions but are adversely affected by positive ions, while the other 25% react in the opposite way, finding higher positive ion days euphoric and higher negative ion days boring” – stated in a study. These people compensate for the stress caused by positive ions with sufficient adrenaline production.
In other words, 75% of the general population goes into different ranges of depression and 25% become hyperactive. We are all affected somewhat by higher positive ion ratios. There are no side effects from negative ions.
It is interesting to see whether you are sensitive to full moon or not (of course like always there are contrary views, which are stating there is no effect of full moon), and if yes how is it influencing you, its all about self awareness to make it towards freedom, we need to understand what is going on with us in our soul, mind and body before we can try to influence it.
Take care,

Freedom is “what you do with what’s been done to you” – says Jean Paul Sartre; and how true it is, we can not really influence how others are acting but we indeed can how we react. One of a good friend of mine asked me some days ago, where is your extreme needs of freedom comes from? So i tried to understand and I think there are several ways we can approach it…. When we come from the personality point of view iam an Aries http://www.elore.com/Astrology/Study/aries.htm , if we look at it from the Chinese astrological point of view, than iam a fire dragon http://www.usbridalguide.com/special/chinesehoroscopes/Dragon.htm
“The key to the Dragon personality is that Dragons are the free spirits of the Zodiac. Conformation is a Dragon’s curse. Rules and regulations are made for other people.” -well nothing can be more true than my free spirit and the fact that iam a change agent… you can find your own description under the link above, at least interesting to read. If we add a good couple of years under communism, well surely was oil on the fire (dragon) ….
On the other hand we are just a little dust on earth, and if we dont cooperate, we can not make it alone. So more wisely next to the freedom we need something like respecting and understanding others. Have a nice evening! Tiny shred of thought from a little sunshine……

I use my thoughts to bounce on your resistance, if its closer to truth it will create a spiral….you will be also thinking with me or much further…..
Did you think that life is just a chain of coincidences? Or is it a precisely planned master piece what we do not always understand, only if we look back and trying to see it with a completely detached eye. I believe its all a master piece and we have messages to others and others have to us. However its on such a subtle way that if we dont pay attention, we might skim over the most beautiful part of life. Reading from Max Strom i feel that yoga is a pure gift we can all have to enhance our life; just an appetizer: “Many overachievers know the concept of all or nothing. Explore the space between 0 and 10. Try practicing at level 7, not 10. This will develop sensitivity, patience, and kindness. “
Iam not sure what it does to you but it has such an alchemical effect on my life, i wish you all can experience this magic.

Reading an article in one of the few Hungarian newspapers i still read, made me think. I did not write for a while, but this was interesting enough to share. Jakupcsek – does not ring the bell to my non-Hungarian friends :-) is a famous tv reporter/presenter… she is 45 and pregnant with her 3rd child. She talks about her unique decision and knowing how obviously ambitious she is, i really got a full-filling answer for sg was always unclear till now…. How is an ambitious woman can devastatingly feel and desire for a big family with full of noise from the kids at the background and paralel accept that her brain needs a continuous mental challenge. I just simply call it ‘candy for the brain’….She talks in this article to those who give up all the rest of the life to be always on “show”/”tv”. Saying they may give up everything; as they fall into the Stockholm syndrome…..now this was the point when i really got on the topic, searched for this syndrome and was thinking…..actually what ever i look at as a matter of fact we do serve, at work, in the family , the friends….. so why would it differ to serve a child than to serve a team at work or a business interest….now the question is how can we combine both work and family and bring it into that famous balance i practice during yoga :-), nice evening to all of you!

Keukenhof…….. 7 millions hand planted tulips, wow… it was just amazing to walk 3 hours in that beautiful park, when i really felt its all ours, the beauty of the whole world, we are invaluably rich! You can see the link to this aesthetic tour on the flickr (left corner of the page). 15 km footpath, extra orchid garden – in case if we think the modest and pure beauty of the tulip-universe would not be 100% satisfying. Well for me it was :-). But just let me spend a bit of time on the topic as it made me think…. People says this is my country and iam so proud, let me just ask a question: could it be my country as well? And if yes or no why? I really opt for the yes, as the main thing we all do we pay tremendous amount of tax here to keep the country running as it does, very well. Which i do not mind to do however i feel that i work as much as any other “good citizen”. Do you think people who had the luck to be born here, are doing anything more than me? Maybe some of them they do much less? Where than the secret lies? I think it hides in the way people take care of their environment and the way they take care of people around them. If an “alien” – to repeat the terminology we – Westerners used to be called in China, :-), does not harm its environment and further more takes care of it, i would say can be a 100% accepted partner in the world “mine, yours, ours” game. Did you approach it with my degree of freedom? Enjoy, the world is yours!!! I give you Hungary if you take care of it. :-)))
